Bonnie Gail Segars

Mrs. Bonnie Gail Segars age 78 of Gainesville passed away on Thursday September 10, 2020 at her residence following a period of declining health.

Born March 22, 1942 and raise in New Holland. Bonnie lived most of her life in Hall County. A very strong and independent woman. She loved camping, being outdoors ad taking care of others. Bonnie Was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Segars, Parents, S.T. and Annabelle Forrester.

She is survived by her children, Tammy Meeks (Tommy) of Gainesville, Ga; Steve Jarrard (Lola) of Jefferson, Ga; Anita Gooch (Billy) of Cleveland, Ga; Scott Jarrard (Leigh) of Cleveland, Ga; siblings, Pat Barrett (Wayne) of Oakwood, Ga; Doug Forrester (Gail) of Homer, Ga; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 12, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Free Chapel Worship Center with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Jentezen Franklin and Reverend John Dell will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday September 11, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to Pruitt Hospice, especially Angie and Becky, and a special thank you to Pastor Jentezen Franklin and Free Chapel Worship Center.
