Pearl Massey Day

Pearl Massey Day, age 88, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away September 15, 2020.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Louis Day; sons, Louis Day and Steve Day; son-in-law, Wylie Forrester; granddaughter, Sherry Parker.  She is survived by daughters, Mary Day, Buford, GA, Susie Forrester, Gainesville, GA; grandchildren, Harlan Day, Stevie Day, Darrell McConnell, Lisa Day, Shane Day, Celina Day, Danny McConnell, Dale McConnell, Anthony Richey; Twenty great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; brother, Bruce (Mollie) Massey, Arcade, GA; sisters, Shirley Maddox, Toccoa, GA, Barbara (Danny) Riley, Madison, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Day was born June 9, 1932 in Sylvia, NC.  She was retired from Barrington Window, also known as NUAir Window Company in Sugar Hill, GA.  Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Carlyle and Rev. Carl Helton officiating.  The remains will lie in state from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow at Mercy Baptist Church Cemetery, 3796 Tanners Mill Rd., Gainesville, GA 30507
