Freida Joan Bennett

Mrs. Freida Joan Bennett, age 68 of Wards Circle, Toccoa passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at the home of her son.

A daughter of the late Fred P. Bennett and Betty Thomas Bennett, she was born April 21, 1952 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was retired from NOK Company in Cleveland, Georgia. She attended Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Ann Bennett.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Amy Garmon of Toccoa; two grandchildren, Ayden and Jaren; brother, Sam Bennett of Clarkesville, Tennessee; sister, Deborah Carter of Toccoa; niece and nephews.

Memorial service will be Thursday, September 24, 2020, 2 O’clock p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Roy Bainey officiating.
