James Edward Passmore

James Edward Passmore age 68 of Gainesville passed away Thursday Sept. 24, 2020 at his residence.

James was born in Gainesville on January 18, 1952 to the late Hubert & Dessie Mae Holcomb Passmore. He served his Country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War era. He retired from the City of Gainesville as a Maintenance Supervisor and a member of Christ Place Church.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jane Henson Passmore.

Survivors include his brothers, Robert Passmore, Randall Passmore & Frank Junior (Gail) Passmore; nephew, Ryan Passmore & niece, Michele Owen.

Graveside services will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday September 27, 2020 at the Alta Vista Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Crook officiating.
