Greg Erskin Thrasher

Mr. Greg Erskin Thrasher, age 59, of Flowery Branch, passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 17, 2020 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with a private interment taking place at Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.  Rev. Ricky Thrasher will officiate.  The family will receive friends 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Thrasher was born May 29, 1961 to Fayrene Mayo Thrasher and the late Ted Erskin Thrasher in Oneonta, Alabama.  A member of Oakwood First Baptist Church, he enjoyed music.

Mr. Thrasher is survived by his mother, Fayrene Thrasher of Flowery Branch; brothers & sisters-in-law, Rev. Ricky & Janet Thrasher of Flowery Branch, Steve & Kelly Thrasher of Flowery Branch, Tim & Karen P. Thrasher of Gainesville and David & Karen A. Thrasher of Gainesville; several nieces & nephews; and his beloved great-nieces & great-nephews.
