Donny Joel McKinzie

Donny Joel McKinzie, age 66, of Dahlonega, GA passed away October 28, 2020. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie & Clara McKinzie.

He is survived by his wife, Gail McKinzie, of Dahlonega, GA, children, Donna (Morris) Henderson, of Carlton, GA, Melody (Brian) Herrick, of Cumming, GA, Donnie Junior McKinzie, of Dahlonega, GA, brothers & sisters, Barbara McCracken, of Dawsonville, GA, James (Deborah) McKinzie, of Cumming, GA, Jessie McKinzie, of Cumming, GA, Sarah Delee, of Cumming, GA, Ruby (Jerry) McDougle, of Dawsonville, GA, Evie (Ricky) Sanders, of Cumming, GA, grandchildren, Trey Barnes, Corey McKinzie, Austin McKinzie, Courtney Winters, Tiffany Bolton, Joel Henderson, great grandchildren, Cayden Barnes, Elijah Barnes, and Hazel Winters.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, October 30, 2020 at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ruel Martin & Rev. Johnny Purcell officiating.  Interment will follow in Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
