GEORGE HENRY FAULKNER 3/24/30 – 10/27/20 Loving husband to Daphne for 70 years and loving father to his children Wayne, Danny, Barry, Renee, and Melinda. Born in Troy Alabama and raised in Phenix City Alabama he never met a stranger. He was drafted twice into the US Army during the Korean War and afterward attended Auburn University. He moved to Atlanta in search of a better future for his young family where he eventually started his own steel fabrication business he ran until he retired at age 70. He was always ready to share a laugh or listen to a problem. To his children, he was their best friend. He will be missed. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, 5 children, 10 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Give MaMaw, Ross, and Michael a big hug for us dad.
