Olin Morris Kimberly

Olin Morris Kimberly age 77 of Oakwood passed away Monday December 7, 2020 at the Willow Wood Nursing Home in Flowery Branch.

Olin was born April 13, 1943in Telfair County, Georgia to the late Ben & Mona Wilbanks Kimberly. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Georgia Tech. He worked with the United States Forest as an engineering technician. He was an ordained deacon & member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Jason & sister, Helen Sosebee.

Survivors include, wife of 47 years, Theda Kimberly; daughter, Julie Kimberly both of Oakwood; brother & sister-in-law, Don & Jana Kimberly of Arlee, Alabama; daughter in law & fiancée, Melissa Kimberly & Kevin Swing; 5 grandchildren, Conner, Cason, Lexi, Emery Kate & Fallon of Gainesville.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00p.m. Saturday December 19, 2020 at the Zion Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Wilson officiating. Private burial will be in the church cemetery.
