Margaret Mae Perdue

Mrs. Margaret Mae Perdue, age 78, of Alto, GA died Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.  Mrs. Perdue was born in Athens to the late Boyd and Robbie Lenora Nunley Worley.  She was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church and owner of Margaret’s Pet Grooming.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Perdue was preceded in death by her son, Neal Perdue; and one great-grandchild.

Mrs. Perdue is survived by her husband, Tommy Perdue of Alto; sons, Scott Massey (Angie), Stacey Massey (Erika), Mack Perdue (Sonya) and David Boswell (Tammy); daughters, Patti Stewart (Gary), Tammy Perdue and Macee Perdue; sister, Frances Sears (Dwight); 22 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Thursday, December 31 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church with Rev. Phil Ferguson and Rev. Calvin Ward officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church from 12 noon to 2 PM on Thursday.
