Charles Eugene Tysor

Mr. Charles Eugene Tysor, age 83, of Helen, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021.  

Mr. Tysor was born in Asheville, NC to the late Ruby Adams.  He was a member of the Georgia National Guard.  Mr. Tysor was a truck driver for Pilgrim Trucking and attended Dukes Creek Baptist Church.  

Survivors include wife, Mildred Tysor, Helen; daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Charles Pass, Braselton, Rhonda English and Michael Harkins, Woodstock, April and Keith Teems, Sautee, Melissa and Marty Dean, Clarkesville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Wanda Tysor, Gainesville, Jack and Georgia Tysor, Douglasville; 7 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Gateway Memory Park.  Rev. Junior Abernathy and Rev. Steve Mulkey will officiate.
