Alice Virginia Odom

Alice Virginia Odom, age 81, of Lawrenceville, GA, passed on Thursday, January 7, 2021. She was born in 1939, to the late Eugene and Gertrude Gregory. In her earlier years she attended Christ Fellowship Church in Dawsonville, GA. Alice enjoyed gardening, watching birds and shopping. She helped many people throughout her life. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Riley Odom, and brother, Clark Gregory.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Perry and Myrtie Odom; grandchildren, Daniel Joseph (Amanda) Odom, and Samuel Phillip Odom; great grandchild, Adelynn Grace Odom; and siblings, Myrtis Owen, Walter Gregory, William Gregory, Raymond Gregory, Jimmy Gregory, Bernice Mann; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held, Monday, January 11, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA. Interment will follow at Coal Mountain Cemetery in Cumming, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
