Levon Davis Thomas, Jr.

Levon Davis Thomas, Jr., age 49,  of Sugar Hill, GA passed away January 23, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Levon Davis Thomas, Sr., and Patricia Dianne Thomas.  He is survived by wife of 23 years, Barbara Denis Thomas; son, Juvar Grant; daughters, Teanne Belt, Taranna Jackson; 9 grandchildren; sisters, Marjorie (Paul) Barnett, Buford, GA; Amanda Thomas (Roderick) Smith, Buford, GA; brothers, Clevon (Darlene) Thomas, Commerce, GA; mother-in-law, Josephine Grant, Sugar Hill, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.  Mr. Thomas was born August 9, 1971 in Buford, GA.  He was a 1991 graduate of Buford High School.  Mr. Thomas was employed with the City of Buford for the past 22 years.  He was a member of Faith Free Full Gospel Church, Buford, Ga.  A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Gwen Bennett officiating.  Interment will be at Sugar Hill City Cemetery, Sugar Hill, GA.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 7, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
