Jerry Eugene Haynie

Mr. Jerry Eugene Haynie age 72 of Flowery Branch, Ga passed away on Friday February 05, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday February 07, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Will Griffith will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday February 06, 2021 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Jerry was born on June 01, 1948 in Hall County, Georgia to the late Aubrey Eugene Haynie and Sybil Maloch Haynie. He was retired from working in the Car Industry and was a member of Christ Place Church in Oakwood, Ga. He is preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Vera Brooks Haynie, and sister, Gail Puckett.

Mr. Haynie is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Cameron Gilbert of Hoschton, Ga, son and daughter-in-law, Curtis Alan and Lisa Haynie of Lula, Ga, grandchildren, Payton Gilbert, Cambreigh Gilbert, Braxton Gilbert, nephew, Josh Puckett, great-niece, Hannah Puckett, great niece, Zoe Puckett, and great-nephew, Cameron Puckett, and a host of other family members and friends.

Due to Covid-19, the family requests that everyone attending the visitation and service wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
