Carlos Valle Concepcion, age 69, of Duluth, GA passed away February 26, 2021. He is survived by his companion of 42 years, Candida Caban, Duluth, GA; children, Elizabeth (Amado) Colon, Bethlahem, PA, Edgardo (Zoraida) Crespo, Green, Puerto Rico, Edgardo Valle, Puerto Rico, Migdalia (James) Estrerly, Suwanee, GA; nine grandchildren; sister, Elvia Valle, Boston, MA; several other brothers and sisters. Mr. Concepcion was born on January 21, 1952 in Puerto Rico. He was a construction worker. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 6, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA .
