Allison "Al" Austin, Jr.

Allison “AL” Austin, Jr. age 83 of Hoschton entered rest Tuesday March 16, 2021at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Braselton.

Al was born November 6, 1937 in Kansas City, Kansas to the late Allison Sr. & Stella Elliot Austin. He was the director of information technology for the State of Alabama for a number of years. He was a member of Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by his sisters, Sherry Golubski & Judy Rose.

Survivors include his loving wife, Brenda; daughters, Vicki Lynn Fairfield & Sara Jane Hasty; son, Ken (Kim) Coggins; brothers, Danny Austin, Dale Austin & David Austin; sister, Mary Faust; grandchildren, Rachel, Samantha & Madison; a number of nieces, nephews & other relatives also survive.

The family will be announcing a celebration of life services soon. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to the American Parkinson Disease Association, 135 Parkinson Avenue, Staten Island, New York 10305.
