Lois Parson Snipes

Mrs. Lois Parson Snipes, age 77, of Maysville, GA died Monday, May 3, 2021 in Banks County.  Mrs. Snipes was born in Homer to the late Henry and Cleo Arnold Parson.  She was a member of Silver Shoals Baptist Church and worked with Orbit Manufacturing.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Snipes was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Snipes.

Mrs. Snipes is survived by her son, Michael Snipes of Maysville; daughter, Pamela Snipes of Maysville; brother, Lloyd Parson of Maysville; sisters, Etta Mae Powell, Barbara Ann Trotter and Lou Jean Waddell all of Maysville; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Thursday, May 6 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Barrett officiating.  Interment will follow in Silver Shoals Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from noon until 2 PM.
