Maria Ayala Rodriguez, 85, of Gainesville, GA passed away Monday, May 24, 2021.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 28, 2021 at St. John Paul II Catholic Mission. Father Hernan Quevedo will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends a Memorial Park Funeral Home on Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Born on May 25, 1935 in El Mezquital, Durango, Mexico, he was the son of the late Ezequiel Ayala and the late Ester Rodriguez. She was a homemaker who loved caring for her family, a hard worker and she kept an immaculate home.  Mrs. Rodriguez was of the Catholic faith.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rodriguez is preceded in death by her husband, Efren Flores.

Mrs. Rodriguez is survived by her son, Eloy Flores of Albany, OR; daughter, Argelia Flores of Gainesville; sons, Francisco Flores of Vancouver, WA, Jose Luis Flores of Hood River, OR; daughter, Maria de Lourdes Flores of Gainesville; son, Oscar Flores of Albany, OR.; 24 grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives.

Nacio el 25 de mayo de 1935 en El Mezquital, Durango, México, era hija del fallecido Ezequiel Ayala y la fallecida Ester Rodríguez. Era una ama de casa a la que le encantaba cuidar de su familia, una gran trabajadora y mantenía un hogar impecable. La Sra. Rodríguez era de fe católica.

Además de sus padres, la Sra. Rodríguez es precedida en la muerte por su esposo, Efren Flores.
