Elmer Allen

Elmer Allen, age 88, of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.

Mr. Allen was born on December 28, 1932, in Cleveland, Georgia, to the late Gene and Ruby Pepper Allen.  He was a veteran of the United States Army.  In addition to his parents, Elmer was preceded in death by his siblings, Donald Allen, Buddy Allen, Rowena Meaders, and Eloise Ledford.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Marie Allen, Cumming, GA; son, Randy Allen, Oxford, AL; grandchildren, Harrison Allen, Stryder Allen, Chandler Allen, and Jeremy Allen; sister, Doris Nix; many nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 12, 2021, at Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery on Tesnatee Gap Valley Road.  The Rev. Henry Loggings will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. Saturday, at the funeral home.
