Katana Ashley Burtz

Katana Ashley Burtz, age 25 of Murrayville passed away Friday June 11, 2021 at her residence.

Katana was born November 20, 1995 in Dahlonega to Scott & Stephanie Moye Burtz. She worked at Lanier Village Estates and was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Jack Moye & Steve Burtz.

Survivors include her parents, Scott & Stephanie Burtz; boyfriend, Jordan Smith; children, Tanner Smith & Lillian Smith; brother, Brandon Burtz; grandmothers, Beth Moye & Donna Anema.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday June 17, 2021 at the Ward’s Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday June 16, 2021 at the funeral home.
