Jackie R. Munday, age 78, of Buford, GA passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife of forty-seven years, JoAnne Hutchins Munday. He is survived by his children, Matthew Munday, Gainesville, GA, Randall Munday, Gainesville, GA, Margie Munday, Buford, GA, Amanda Mundy, Colorado; grandchildren, Christina Munday, Cameron Munday, R. J. Munday, Katie Ann Munday, Kaylee Munday, Anna Stephens; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Munday was born October 10, 1942 in Buford, GA. He was retired from Peachtree Doors. He was a member of the Suwanee Congregational Holiness Church. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Thomason officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
