Charles R. “Chuck” Collier

Charles R. “Chuck” Collier, 65, of Buford, GA, died Monday, July 26, 2021. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 3:30 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Pastor Ted Dunagan will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 31, 2021 from 2 – 3:30 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or the Georgia Sheriff’s Youth Home, in memory of Chuck. Chuck was preceded in death by his wife, Molley Henderson Collier. He is survived by his children, Christopher A. Collier (Jaime), Winder, Randall Wayne Collier (Erica), Buford; grandchildren, David Collier, Aaron Collier, Brooke Collier, Juliana Collier, Gabriella Collier; great grandchild, Dayton Collier. Chuck was born in Atlanta, GA and was a lifelong resident of the area. He worked as a Millwright with Atlantic Steel and then as a Postal Carrier with the US Postal Service where he served as a Union Steward before retirement.
