Doris Ann Cronan

Doris Ann Cronan, age 74, of Cleveland, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021.

Mrs. Cronan was born on August 30, 1946, in Habersham County, to the late George and Thelma Stephens Loggins.  She was a retired nurse.  In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Cronan; son, Randall Thompson; sister, Jeanette Allen; brothers, Earnest Loggins and RoyLee Loggins; her children’s father, Edward Thompson.

Survivors include her son, Stanley Thompson and Lisa Hall; daughter, Wendy Gooch; son, Adam Thompson; grandchildren, Eric Thompson, TJ and Dustin Turner, Tiana Gooch, Travis Thompson, and Bayle Thompson; great-grandchildren, Trevor Thompson, Mari Jane Turner, Dustin Kane Turner, and Harleigh Thompson; sister, Jean Alexander; brother, Edward Loggins; brothers and sisters-in-law, Chester and Judy Loggins and Wayne and Belvia Loggins. 

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 13, 2021, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home.  The Rev. Spencer Anderson and the Rev. Ross Sparks will officiate.  Interment will follow at Center Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
