Wilbur Gene Hollomon, age 80 of Dacula, GA passed away on Sunday, Aug. 22, 2021.
Born on Nov. 8, 1940 in Macon, GA, Mr. Hollomon was the son of the late Arthur Zellner and Rosa Kate Knight Hollomon. He was the VP of Champion Sportswear Division with Oxford Industries.
Survivors include his ex-wife, Nancy Frazier Hollomon; son, David Zell (Regina) Hollomon, Commerce; daughter, Vickie Lynn (Charles Slappey) Hollomon-Slappey, Braselton; grandchildren, Courtney Lynn (Tony) Accorsi, Richard Jamison Smith, Amanda Lynn (Thomas) Hollomon-Cook; great-grandchildren, Michael Anthony Accorsi and Jade Westlynn Accorsi.
Funeral services will be held at 12 pm on Thursday, Aug. 26, 2021 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Cemetery, Tucker, GA. The family will receive friends Thursday from 10:30 am until the funeral hour in the reception room located at the funeral home.
