Teresa Dupree Hunter

Obituary Date: Tuesday, September 7, 2021
Teresa Dupree Hunter passed away on Tuesday, September 7th at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. She was born to the late Franklin Dupree and Sarah Maxwell in Commerce, Ga. She was married to the late Charles Hunter. She was also preceded in death by her sister Donna Dupree
She attended and graduated from Gainesville High School. She was a member of Action Word Ministries in Flowery Branch, Ga. She loved people and was very caring. She took on the profession of Health care. She loved going to yard sales, watching gospel tv series, and spending time with her grandkids.
She leaves to cherish her memory to her children Corey (Zasha) Dupree, LaToya (Shakiim) Maxey. Grandchildren: five Granddaughter Jade Dupree, Cenareous Goss, Dazaria Randolph, Khloe Dupree, and Christina Hutchinson, eight Grandsons Corey Dupree II, Zaire Dupree, Nasir Dupree, Dyterious Randolph, Jakim Maxey, Kaiden Dupree, Israel Dupree, and Elijah Dupree. Three sisters Deborah (Larry) Mitchell, Cicley (Jeff) Johnson, and Leslie (Fredrick) Dewberry. Two brothers Dwight Dupree and Dana Dupree. One Great Granddaughter Alani Reid. Four Special friends Ruby Reid, Vickie Jackson, Marilyn Lipcomb, and Adrian (Tabitha) Mance.

The visitation for Mrs. Hunter will be held Thursday, September 16th between the hours of 12-8pm at Wimberly Funeral Home. Mrs. Hunter's Celebration of Life will be held Friday, September 17th at the hour of 1pm at Alta Vista Cemetery. Professional Service Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
