Mrs. Tammy Laveaner Sullivan, age 57, of Flowery Branch passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 24, 2021 at Memorial Park South Chapel with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Rev. Terry Hagwood will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Sullivan was born September 12, 1964 in Snellville, Georgia to Daniel & Jackie Phillips. She worked as a payroll manager for Northeast Georgia Medical Center for over 30 years.

She is survived by her parents, Daniel & Jackie Phillips; Son, Alan Partain; Daughter & Son-in-law, Danielle & Riley Shoemake; 2 brothers; 1 sister; grandchildren, Bradyn Shoemake, Landon Shoemake, and Savannah Shoemake.
