Rita Joyce Fowler Williams

Mrs. Rita Joyce Fowler Williams, age 60 of McMurray Lake Road, Toccoa passed away Friday, November 12, 2021 at her residence.

A daughter of the late Tommy Lee Fowler and Mary Nell Cheek Fowler, she was born September 9, 1961 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived most of her life.  She was a hairdresser by trade.  She was of the Baptist faith, loved her children and people and had a big heart and was an avid dog lover.

Survivors include two daughters, Tilisha (Donnie) Brezeale of Gumlog, Georgia and Tabatha Willis (Brandon Pulliam) of Clarkesville, Georgia; grandchildren, Alicia, Taylor, Andrew Brezeale, Evan Willis, Sophie Willis, Arianna Pulliam and Abrielle Pulliam; sister, Donna Dickson of Toccoa; brother, Gary Fowler of Gumlog, Georgia.

Memorial service will be Friday, November 19, 2021, 2 O’clock p.m. at Henderson Falls Park with The Revered Brandon Fowler officiating.
