Marilyn Yvonne James

Mrs. Marilyn Yvonne James, age 87, of Commerce, GA died Thursday, November 25, 2021 at The Oaks – Baldwin.  Mrs. James was born in Tulsa, OK to the late Clare and Blanche Fox Prather.  She was a member of St. Catherine Labouré Catholic Church and a homemaker.

Mrs. James is survived by her husband, David L. James of Commerce; daughters, Linda Bailey of Durham, NC, Lisa Bowles of Cumming and Lynn Power of Maysville; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Funeral mass will be held at 10 AM, Monday, November 29 at St. Catherine Labouré Catholic Church with Father Henry Thang M. Pham officiating.  Interment will follow in Sunrise Cemetery.
