Cynthia Christine Statham Burrell

Mrs. Cynthia Christine Statham Burrell, 75, of Gainesville passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 in Alto, GA.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Johnny Knight will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, from 12:30 until 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Born on October 22, 1946 in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of the late Ed Statham (USMC Ret.) and the late Mildred Chance Statham. She was retired from Sears where she was a sales clerk. Mrs. Burrell was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Burrell is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Burrell and daughter, Rebecca (Becky) Burrell McDaniel.

Mrs. Burrell is survived by her daughter, Tammy Harn (Greg Sr.) of Alto; sister, Angela Bishop of Alto; brothers, Dennis Statham of Atlanta, David Statham of CA; a number of nieces and nephews; grandsons, Greg Harn, Jr. of Fayetteville, NC, Jay Harn of Commerce and 3 great-grandchildren.
