Elpidia Mendez de Madrigal

Mrs. Elpidia Mendez de Madrigal, age 93, of Flowery Branch passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Cedarhurst of Oakwood.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 9, 2021 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends 11:00a.m. – 5:00p.m., Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Madrigal was born January 19, 1928 to the late Calistro Mendez and Rosa Madrigal in Tamazula de Gordiano, Jalisco, Mexico.   She attended Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

Mrs. Madrigal is survived by 5 sons, 8 daughters, 2 brothers, 4 sisters; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Marcelino Madrigal Mata.
