Mark Andrew Cohen

Mark Andrew Cohen, age 54, of Flowery Branch, GA, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021.  He is survived by his children, Emily Cohen of Buford, GA and Jacob Cohn of Buford, GA; the children’s mother, Jan Garner Cohen of Buford, GA; parents, Otto and Ellene Cohen of Norcross, GA; brothers, William “Billy” Cohn (Donna) of Loganville, GA, Alan Cohen of Norcross, GA; niece, Caitlin Burton (Zeb) of Monroe, GA; nephew, Andrew Cohen.  Mr. Cohen was born on May 9, 1967 in Atlanta, GA and graduated from Riverside Military Academy, Gainesville, GA, in 1986.   He was a truck driver.  Mr. Cohn was a member of North Gwinnett Baptist Church where he once served on the Deacon board.  He was a Boy Scout troop leader, loved the outdoors, animals, panning for gold and spending time at his cabin in North Georgia.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2021, in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Carey Hudson.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 18, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Flanigan Funeral Home.
