Judy A Burnette

Mrs. Judy A Burnette, 73, of Gainesville passed away Saturday, January 22, 2022 following a sudden illness at Northeast Georgia Medical Gainesville Campus.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Living Waters Outreach in Murrayville, GA. Rev. Jammie Fortner and Rev. Dewey Fountain will officiate. Interment will be in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Monday, January 24, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Born on September 14, 1948 in Hahira, GA, she was the daughter of the late Mallie Thomas and Mildred Griffin. She was a housewife, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend who will be greatly missed.  Mrs. Burnette was a member of Free Chapel Worship Center.    

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Burnette is preceded in death by her sister, Wanda Jean Barr and brothers, Buddy Thomas and Johnny Patterson.           

Mrs. Burnette is survived by her husband of 49 years, Johnny Burnette of Gainesville; daughter and son in law, Diane and Bobby Leverington of Gainesville; daughter, Debbie McIntosh of Gainesville; daughter and son in law, Misty and Jason Clark of Gainesville; daughter and son in law, Dana and Darris Honeycutt of Cookeville, TN; son and daughter in law, Little Johnny and Lynn Crawford of Gainesville; grandchildren, Kayla Dixon (Zack), Amanda Peralta (Greg), Nathan Leverington, Michael Crawford (Katie), Amber Leverington, Brian Crawford, Jayden Clark, Jordan McIntosh, Ethan Clark, Heaven Spiecker (Joe), Eden Honeycutt, Cainan Honeycutt; great grandchildren, Mackenzie Peralta, Lilliana Peralta, Aubree Leverington, Wyatt Crawford, Joey Spiecker; brother and sister in law, Benny and Pattie Thomas of Valdosta, GA and a number of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
