Janice Galloway Sellers

Janice Galloway Sellers, age 78, of Cornelia, Georgia passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022.

Mrs. Sellers was born on June 20, 1943 in Stephens County, Georgia to the late Wiley and Pauline Galloway. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Lamon Galloway and Barney Galloway. Mrs. Sellers was of the Baptist Faith. Janice enjoyed sewing, cooking, traveling, spending time with her family, and she took special pleasure in spoiling her grandchildren.

Survivors include her loving husband of 46 years, Ray Sellers, of Cornelia; sons and daughters-in-law, Joey and Tammy Brown, of Clarkesville; Jamey and Susan Brown, of Jefferson; Josh and Katie Sellers, of Jefferson; sisters, Hilda Fedele, of Baldwin; Wanda Galloway, of Mt. Airy; Joyce Pritchett, of Baldwin; grandchildren, Seth Brown and Brittany, Lindsey Brown, Connor Brown, Kirsten Brown, Nicholas Sellers, Ella Sellers; and great-grandchildren, Presley Brown, Lakely Brown, and Hudson Brown.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 10, 2022 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel with Rev. Shannon Tucker officiating. Interment will follow in the Yonah Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at the funeral home.
