Joseph E. Dickson

Mr. Joseph E. Dickson, age 93, of Homer passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at Brookside Assisted Living.  Mr. Dickson was born in Waycross, GA to the late, Mark Phillip and Amanda Ridley Dickson.  Mr. Dickson was retired from Equifax, a member of The Grove, and was a US Army veteran.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Dickson was also preceded in death by his siblings, Marvin C. Dickson, Marris L. Dickson, Johnnie H. Dickson, Thomas H. Dickson, and Janie Emilee Dickson.

Mr. Dickson is survived by his wife, Kay Minchew Dickson of Homer; a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 2^nd at 2 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Pastor John Wood officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 12-2 PM.  The interment will be Thursday at 1 PM from Oakland Cemetery in Waycross, GA.
