Annie Elizabeth Scogin Baker

Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Scogin Baker, age 73, of Commerce, GA died Thursday, March 10, 2022 at her residence.  Mrs. Baker was born in Commerce to the late, William Dabner “Lit” and Annie Bell Bennett Scogin.  She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Baker is survived by her husband, Billy Jackson Baker of Commerce; daughters, Regina McDaniel of Commerce, Remonia Bridges of Danielsville and Melissa Baker of Commerce; son, Edward Baker of Commerce; sisters, Grace McCoy of Bowman, Linda Elrod of Nicholson and Debbie Scogin of Homer; brother, Calvin Scogin of Homer; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 3 PM, Sunday, March 13 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. David Strickland officiating.  Interment will follow in Jackson Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 6 to 8 PM.
