Cynthia Louise Thomas

Mrs. Cynthia Louise Scales Thomas, age 58, of Pendergrass, GA died Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.  Mrs. Thomas was born in Commerce to the late Phil Scales and Ellen Watkins Parker.  She was employed with Scales Trucking.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis Scales White; niece, Greta Leigh Carver; and mother-in-law, Fran Thomas.

Mrs. Thomas is survived by her husband, Rodney Thomas of Pendergrass; step-mother, Barbara Brown Scales of Commerce; sisters, Leigh Ann Allen of Commerce and Kim Crane of Homer; father-in-law, Robert Hoyt Thomas of Pendergrass; brother-in-law, Robin Thomas; three nieces, two nephews, six great-nieces, five great-nephews, one great-great-niece and one great-great-nephew.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM, Saturday, April 16 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. David Sharpton officiating.  Interment will follow in Center Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 5 to 7 PM.
