Terry Conley Lunsford

Terry Conley Lunsford, age 59, of Dahlonega, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022.

Mr. Lunsford was born on July 11, 1962, in Union County, to the late Conley and Dorothy Bridges Lunsford.  He worked as a tool set-up for SKF Ball Bearing Division for 26 years and was a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Suches, Georgia.  Terry enjoyed woodworking and often shared his crafts with family and friends.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Grizzle; infant brother, mother-in-law, Vernelle Taylor; brother-in-law, Thomas “Billy” Taylor.

Survivors include his wife, Vickie Taylor Lunsford, Dahlonega; step-son and wife, Eric and Brook Craft, Dahlonega; granddaughter, Emersyn “Pickle” Craft; “sidekicks,” Sally, Zip, and Zoey; brothers and sisters-in-law, Cliff and Stacey Taylor, Karen Taylor, Jerrell and Debbie Dockery; Pattie and Kevin Rose; Jeffery Taylor, Bradley and Julie Taylor; sister, Gail Fisher.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 P.m. Thursday, May 12, 2022, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home.  The Rev. Derrick Pruitt, the Rev. Rudy Tribble, and the Rev. Kris Butler will officiate.  Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery #2 (The Hill).

The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
