Mr. Bennie Boyd Weaver, age 83 of Pumping Station Road, Toccoa passed away Friday, August 5, 2022 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
A son of the late Hillard B. Weaver and Bessie Jane Finley Weaver, he was born February 1, 1939 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived all his life. He was employed with Coats and Clark for a number of years and was a member of Old Toccoa Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his son, Mitchell Weaver of Cleveland, Georgia; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; his significant other, Jeanette Walker of Cornelia; brothers, James Weaver of Thomaston, Georgia and Howard Weaver of McAllen, Texas; sister, Merle Chitwood of Dalton, Georgia.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 10, 2022, 4 o’clock p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Ray Strickland and The Reverend Charles Pugh officiating.
