Linda Faye Franks Falls

Ms. Linda Faye Franks Falls, 73, of Gainesville passed away Monday, August 22, 2022 at her home, surrounded by loved ones.

A celebration of Ms. Linda’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 26, 2022 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.  Dr. June Fowler will officiate.  The family will receive friends Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Memorial Park Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Born on June 30, 1949 in Savannah, Tennessee, she was the youngest daughter of the late Hanley Franks and Mary Massey Franks.  After living in several Tennessee towns, Ms. Linda moved to Gainesville, GA in 1979 where she raised her two sons.  In 2001, she retired from the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company where she worked in the Human Resources Department for 18 years.  After a few years of retirement, she returned to work as one of the beautiful smiling faces at the front desk at Oakwood Smiles until 2022. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Charles Franks.

Ms. Linda is survived by her brother, Tommy Jack Franks of Savannah, TN; her sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Herbert Perry of Savannah, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Kevin Falls and Malou Davis of Hutto, TX; son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Rona Falls of Gainesville, GA; grandchildren, Ashley De Guzman and Lizzy Falls; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
