Joseph William Anderson

Joseph William Anderson, 36 of Dawsonville, GA passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital after a brief illness.  He was a member of Cavender Creek Baptist Church, Dahlonega, GA.  Joseph had a love for fishing, and he really enjoyed driving down old dirt roads and listening to country music.  He was a devoted father who loved to spend time with his children.

He loved to watch the Atlanta Braves with his son, and play dress up with his daughter.   

He is preceded in death by his father, Wayne Anderson; grandparents, Glad and Evelyn Anderson, Louella Scarboro.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Lynda and Don Kinder of Dahlonega, GA; fiancé, Jordan Duncan of Dawsonville, GA; children, Kirklan Anderson of Dahlonega, GA, Evelyn Anderson of Dahlonega, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Michael Chastain of Dahlonega, GA; grandfather, David Scarboro of Dahlonega, GA.

A Reflection of Life will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. at Bearden Funeral Home, Dawsonville, GA.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
