Joseph "Joe" Leon Grizzle

Memorial Park Riverside Chapel announces the passing of Mr. Joseph “Joe” Leon Grizzle, age 68, lifetime resident of Hall County, Georgia.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Sunday, August 28, 2022 at Memorial Park Riverside Chapel. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, August 28, 2022 at the funeral home. Pastor Don C. Allen and Pastor Jacob Jeffords will officiate.

Mr. Grizzle was born December 7, 1953, in Gainesville, Georgia. He was the son of the late James Leon Grizzle and Lillian Catherine (Reeves) Grizzle. He attended North Hall High School and was self-employed as a truck driver. He was a member at The Church @ War Hill.

Joe is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Lorie Grizzle of Gainesville, GA; Edward “Skeeter” and June Grizzle, Ellijay, GA; sisters, Cathy Baldridge, Lula, GA; Gwendolyn Day, Murrayville, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Dorsey Sullens of Dahlonega, GA; brother, Junior Grizzle, Lula, GA; and sister, Christine Talton, Powell, TN; and a number of other family and friends also survive.
