Ansel Lee Fox

Ansel Lee Fox, age 81, of Buford, GA passed away on Friday, September 2, 2022. He was preceded in death by daughter, Melissa Fox; parents, Leeman and Pearl Peek Fox; sister, Joyce Stiles; and brothers, Robert, Leeman, Clifford, and Olen Fox. Mr. Fox is survived by his wife of fifty-seven years, Peggy Sue Fox of Buford; daughter, Karen Fox and granddaughter, Kayla Fox, both of Buford; sister, Lucy Fox Hughes of Lilburn, GA;

sisters-in-law, Judy Reddish Fox of Arcade, GA and Lucille Gosnell of Dillsboro, NC; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Fox was born on December 28, 1940 in Sylva, NC and he retired from Lucent Technologies in Norcross after thirty years of service. He was and avid fisherman and he enjoyed hunting. He also enjoyed going to Hardee’s in Buford every morning to be with his friends for coffee.  A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford with Pastor Ted Williams officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Favor Hospice, 1400 Buford Hwy, Ste M 3, Sugar Hill, GA 30518 in memory of Ansel Fox.
