Ora Lautrelle Barnett Richey

Mrs. Ora Lautrelle Barnett Richey, age 90, of Jefferson, GA died Sunday, September 4, 2022.  Mrs. Richey was born in Nicholson to the late Jewette and Montine Brock Barnett.  She was a member of River of Life Worship Center and retired from Walmart.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Richey was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Epps; second husband, Eugene Richey; children, Wanda Epps, Kathy Epps, Penny Epps, Chuck Epps and Jim Richey.

Mrs. Richey is survived by her brother, Durelle (Buck) Barnett of Ila; sisters, Gwynelle Smith of Nicholson and Ethelle Howington of Jefferson; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM, Wednesday, September 7 at River of Life Worship Center with Rev. Junior Sosebee, Pastor Jonathan English and Rev. David Carithers officiating.  Interment will follow in Howington Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM.
