Mauricio Enrique Gutierrez Murcia 14, of Gainesville passed away Thursday, September 29, 2022.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at St. John Paul II Catholic Mission. Father Carlos Vargas will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Born on September 22, 2008 in Copan Ruinas, Honduras, he was the son of Efrain Gutierrez and Osiris Murcia. He was a student at West Hall Middle School and of the Catholic faith.
Mr. Murcia is survived by his papa, Efrain Gutierrez; mother, Osiris Janeth Murcia; brother, Efrain Jose Gutierrez; sister, America Janeth Gutierrez; grandparents, Jose Leonel Murcia, Maria del Carmen Morales, Pedro Gutierrez, Librada Olivarez, Griselda Olivarez, Manuel Jonatan Gonzalez and Modesta Martinez.
