Johnny Lewallen, age 74 of Maysville, GA passed away on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2022.
Born in Commerce, GA, Mr. Lewallen was the son of the late Verdell and Winnie Gowder Lewallen. He was the widower of Jane Vandiver Lewallen; was preceded in death by a daughter, Jodi Van Lewallen. He was a member of Maysville Methodist Church and retired from the State of Georgia DFACS.
Survivors include a sister, Judy Marlow, Pendergrass; nephew, Jeff Sanders, Maysville; and niece, Joely Klugh, Commerce.
A memorial service will be held 2 pm Sunday, Oct. 9, 2022 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends 1 pm until the funeral hour Sunday at the funeral home.
