Mr. Freddie Joe Smith, age 74, of Carnesville, GA died Saturday, December 24, 2022 at St. Mary’s Hospital. Mr. Smith was born in Danielsville to the late Jewell and Merle Smith. He was a member of the Baptist faith and retired from James Short Ford.
Mr. Smith is survived by his son, Mitch Smith (Joeann Ward) of Commerce; sister, Linda Tolbert of Newnan; and granddaughter, Haley Smith.
Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Monday, December 26 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from noon until 2 PM.
