Karen Irene Fleeman

Mrs. Karen Irene Fleeman, age 70 of Lula, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023 at her residence, surrounded by her family.

Funeral services will be 11:00 Friday, March 24, 2023 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Rev. Chuck Fowler will officiate. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Fleeman was born June 20, 1952 to the late Marvin & Edna Evans in Ogden, Utah. A devout Christian and animal lover, she was an avid equestrian and enjoyed arts and crafts.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her family as she was loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

She is survived by her husband, David Fleeman of Lula; sons, Matthew (Rachel) Fleeman of Hoschton, Christopher Fleeman of Lula and Brandon Fleeman of Flowery Branch; siblings, Steve Evans, Laree Clack and Bonnalee Vance all of Salem, Oregon; and grandchildren, Jaxton, Jesse, Trinity and Star.
