Mrs. Wanda Diane Samples, age 53, of Maysville, GA died Thursday, May 4, 2023 at her residence. Mrs. Samples was born in Commerce to Betty Jean Bruce Samples of Maysville and the late, Don Terry Samples. She was a homemaker. In addition to her father, Mrs. Samples was preceded in death by her husband, Tim Timmons.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Samples is survived by her daughter, Misty Highfield of Dahlonega; son, Tyler Highfield of Gainesville; sisters, Wendy Wilson of Alto and Mary Jean Samples of Carnesville; brothers, Wayne Samples of Jefferson, Daniel Samples of Delta Junction, AK and Doyle Samples of Maysville; and three grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held Monday, May 8th at 4 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Stewart officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 3-4 PM.
