Shirley Cash Rhodes

Shirley Cash Rhodes, age 70, of Ball Ground, GA passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband of forty-four years, Carson Rhodes; parents, Jewell and Jeanette Mauldin Cash; brother, Terry Joe Cash, and son, Christopher Rhodes. Mrs. Rhodes is survived by children, Charmon and William Young of Woodstock, GA and Jamie and Shannon Rhodes of Ball Ground; sister-in-law, Kathy Cash of Dacula, GA; six grandchildren, Cale Young, Heather and Kevin Roden, Tiffani and Jimmy Rhodes, Halee Rhodes, Cameron Young, and Brayden Rhodes; five great grandchildren, Rylea, K. J., Jackson, Gavin, and Greyson; sister, Judy (Russell) Page of Winder, GA; brother, Tony Cash of Jefferson, GA; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins.  Mrs. Rhodes was born on January 4, 1953 in Buford, GA. She received her education at North Gwinnett High School and she was a homemaker. Mrs. Rhodes was a member of Blessed Hope Baptist Church in Canton, GA. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 2 at the funeral home.
