Al was a trusted friend, a reliable confidant, and a source of strength for many. He will be remembered for his kind heart, gentle spirit, and willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Al had a love for fishing, Golf, Camping, and the Atlanta Braves. He was a member of the Top of Georgia Airstream club since 1981 where he held many positions on the board and made many of his long-time friends. He was also one of the biggest Atlanta Braves fans and if a game was on you would find him watching or listening to it.
