Nathanya “Tonya” Garner Simpson

Mrs. Nathanya “Tonya” Garner Simpson, age 53 of Demorest, Georgia passed away Friday, June 30, 2023 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A daughter of the late Harold Garner and Glenda Farmer Garner, she was born February 1, 1970 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived most of her life.  She was employed with Arby’s, loved spending time with her family and was of the Holiness faith. 

Survivors include a son, Gregg Allen Simpson, Jr. of Clermont, Georgia; brother, William Garner of Hartwell, Georgia; a number and aunts and uncles.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
